TOM HAMMOND COMMENTED THAT WE HAVE DOYLESTOWN BP, CONVENIENT STORE, MARATHON, CVS, DOYLESTOWN BEVERAGE AND THE NORTON DOLLAR GENERAL. DOLLAR GENERAL DON’T CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY.
ALSO, ALYSSA CARPENTER, HAROLD ROZAK, DAVE JETT, JOHN SHANKLAND, MIKE JUNG, MANDY KINDIG, RYAN RAMBO, BOB SHILLING, JONNA RITCHIE, GREG ROHERICH, MARILYN ROHERICH, AND ERIC PANDREA SPOKE AGAINST DOLLAR GENERAL.
SPOKE IN SUPPORT OF THE DOLLAR GENERAL WERE ANITA REECE, CHARLOTTE JEFFERIES, TOM JANAS, FREELAND OLIVERIO, AND NIKKI DOULILIS.

MICHAEL DEJOHN THE DEVELOPER COMMENTED ON THE LIGHTING POINTING DOWN AND THE BUILDING UPGRADES.
JEFF PREBISH ASKED WHAT WILL THEY GENERATE IN NUMBERS.
DOMINIC OLIVERIO GAVE NUMBERS ON NORTON DOLLAR GENERAL THE APPRAISE VALUE IN 2014 WAS $209,280.00 AND IN 2018 WAS $1,450,780.00 AND THE TAXABLE VALUE $507,770.00.
RON BROWNING COMMENTED I APPRECIATE THE FACT, GIVE THAT ALMOST 14,000 PEOPLE IN THIS TOWNSHIP. LOOK AROUND ON HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOWED UP, TO VOICE THEIR CONCERNS ABOUT THIS DOLLAR GENERAL. THE ONLY TIME PEOPLE IN THIS TOWNSHIP SHOW UP IS WHEN THEY ARE AGAINST SOMETHING. SO, NO MATTER WHAT YOUR DECISION IS AND THANK YOU FOR LETTING EVERYBODY A CHANCE TO SPEAK AND APPRECIATE THE FACT YOU HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK.
MICHAEL DEJOHN COMMENTED THE AVAILABILITY, THE PRICE, ACCESS, AND THE GOOD COMMUNITY ACCESS. THE CONTRACT IS A 15 YEAR LEASE WITH FOUR TO FIVE RENEWAL OPTIONS.
ERIC PANDREA STATED WHY THE RUSH, YOU SHOULD HAVE A 90 DAY MORATORIUM.
